More specifically, I am interested in how individual personality traits and stereotypes influence organizational decision-making processes. I am also interested in a range of psychological issues as they relate to underrepresented groups, in particular Native Americans. In addition to my current faculty position, I have also taught at Oglala Lakota College and Elon University.
